Recalled audiovisual (A/V) carts may become unstable when loaded with heavy objects such as cathode ray tube (CRT) televisions. Recalled A/V carts present a tipping hazard to children when loaded with heavy objects such as CRT televisions, which can result in serious injury or death.
The plastic fittings that attach the mirror to the wall can crack, causing the mirror to fall and cause injury to consumers.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is responsible for protecting the public from unreasonable risks of injury or death associated with the use of thousands of consumer products. Deaths, injuries and property damage from incidents involving consumer products cost the country more than $1 trillion annually.
