The XL fits the Viking physique better, with its wide titanium steel frame able to accommodate people up to 6ft 9in and weighing 395lbs.

It is made of high quality faux leather or breathable linen with dense foam that won’t sag.
I tested the XL and although I’m only 5’2″, my husband and oldest son are 6’4″. They are not small and the Kaiser 3 fits them better than any office chair we have bought. The chair is adjustable and I can also enjoy it while sitting cross-legged on it.
One of the best gaming chairs we’ve tested, the Kaiser 3 has an internal 4-way adjustable lumbar support system and a memory foam magnetic neck pillow that stays in place without straps. Hands turn, move up and down, left and right – wherever you want to put your elbows, this chair is for you.
Thanks to the adjustable height of the chair, I was able to fit it to our corner computer desk. Regular office chairs with armrests would crash into my desk – with the Kaiser 3 I can lower the right armrest so it slides under the desk while keeping the left armrest at a comfortable height for support. It’s the little things that can make a home office more enjoyable.
Kaiser 3 is a 75 lb chair. It’s easy to follow instructions and comes with all the tools you need to assemble it. Don’t be intimidated by the catalog-sized instruction manual – instructions are available in 10 languages with full-color photos of each step.
Everything is well filled with plenty of foam. Small parts – wheels, handles, covers – are packed in a separate box.
The assembly of the chair is quite simple. Insert the wheel into the socket and install the piston on the wheel base. The screws on the back are already installed so you know where they are. Remove them and put the backrest on the seat bracket. Now put the screws back. When you’re done, the magnetic cover quickly hides the screws.
For safety reasons, the tilt function is blocked by a bright red screw with a dire warning that it can only be removed after the top of the chair is assembled. After removing the security screw, replace the hole with a snap-on cover.
Then tilt the chair face down. Attach the lever to the reclining mechanism and use four screws to place the mechanism on the bottom of the chair. Insert the wheelbase into the mechanism and carefully return the chair to the upright position.
The Kaiser 3 is designed to be a luxury gaming chair, which means it looks like a racing chair with armrests. You can choose from two materials: DuraXtra leatherette or EverSoft linen. Leather upholstery is available in six colors (Elegant Black, Classic Maroon, Cloud White, Cream, Robin Egg Blue, Flame Orange and Bentley Brown), while fabric is available in two colors (Grey and Charcoal). Frames, cushions and armrests in black in all colours. I tested the classic black faux leather and it was soft and comfortable even in shorts.
DuraXtra faux leather is stain resistant and can be easily cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth and soapy water. EverSoft Linen can be vacuumed, but spills should be wiped up with a rag as soon as possible. AndaSeat recommends a water based stain remover.
The upholstery completely fits the chair, including the back – with a small amount of plastic. With the AndaSeat logo embroidered on the front, back and seat cushions, it’s not too inconvenient. Dark colors look elegant enough for an office setting.
As I mentioned earlier, this chair comes in two large sizes so it will fit just about anyone. The large size fits people 4’11 to 6’2 and weighs up to 260 pounds. XL is for people 5’11″ to 6’9″ tall and weighing up to 395 pounds. The chair is easily adjustable so that the couple can share it despite different heights.
Magnetic pillows are brilliant. It has a layer of cooling gel and a layer of memory foam on top of a rubber pad with four super strong magnets. The magnets hold the pillow securely on the rails in the headrest, keeping the pillow centered and allowing it to move up and down. If you choose not to use cushions, the rails have enough padding so you don’t notice them.
I couldn’t figure out why the armrests were held on by magnets and not just in place until I looked at the site. AndaSeat plans to release table accessories for the Kaiser Seat 3. This extendable table allows the chair to be used as a full-fledged workspace with a built-in stand for your phone or tablet.
The AndaSeat Kaiser 3 features an ergonomic seat base and dense foam padding for secure support. I tested the leatherette model and the inside is smooth and soft with no rough seams and doesn’t scratch the legs in shorts.
There are many ways to adjust the chair to suit your body and sitting position, such as sitting on a special leatherette throne. What’s more, all knobs and adjustment buttons are discreetly integrated into the design of the chair, while remaining easy to use.
A lever on the side of the seat allows you to fold it back. You can lean anywhere from a vertical 90° to a nearly flat 165°.
A large knob at the bottom of the seat adjusts the tilt tension to control how much the chair wobbles based on your weight. A large lever at the bottom of the chair fixes the tilt mechanism to the desired angle or allows you to swing freely. Another lever adjusts the height of the chair.
Three independent buttons on each armrest allow you to move up, down, forward and backward or rotate the armrest. The large handle on the side of the chair controls the lumbar support by adjusting the height of the support on one side and the degree of support on the other.
The only difficult adjustment is how far you want the armrest to be from the chair in width. This is controlled by a set screw on the bottom of the chair.
The AndaSeat Kaiser 3 is the perfect chair for anyone of any height who wants super adjustability and comfort. No more cramming into chairs that are too small or swimming around in chairs that are too big.
This is a great computer chair to use all day long, whether you’re working on an expense report or racing into a virtual castle. Simply sit upright in your chair for serious keyboard play or flip it back up for watching videos. It provides excellent lumbar support for those who need it, and the comfortable cushion fits exactly where you put it.
It’s more expensive than your average office chair, but much better quality and construction than the cheap seats you buy from the big box store. But if you’re looking for something even cheaper, consider the AndaSeat Jungle, which we saw for just $199.
