Testing of TPR artificial rubber wheels

Currently, most of the TPR casters on the market simply cover ordinary TPE on a thermoplastic core, which has a low load-bearing capacity and may debond or break under high load or long-term use.

The American Caster Manufacturers Association (ICM) industrial caster dynamic fatigue performance test 98~107 standard stipulates that the test speed is 3.2 kilometers/hour, and the test load varies according to the product series and wheel diameter. For example, the 2 series wheel diameter is 3.5″ The load is 114 kg, the 4 series wheel diameter 6″ load is 272 kg, etc. The dynamic fatigue test is to place the caster sample to be tested on a special test equipment for casters, with two 3.2mm high metal barrier bars placed in the middle. The equipment rotates for 2 minutes, stops for 2 minutes, and then runs in the opposite direction. The test allowance standard is that the casters can still rotate freely after 6 hours of testing and have no structural or functional failure.
